Tamkeen Software Information Technology Company is committed to refunding any amount paid for software or any other services during the trial period which extends for fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issuance of the purchase invoice. The customer has the right to request a refund of the amount paid during this period, provided that the return request is submitted before the end of the trial period. The refund request and return of the amount will be processed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of approval of the return request, or from the date of receipt of the devices if any.
