The contract period is a full calendar year and is automatically renewed unless one party notifies the other of its desire not to renew thirty days before the end of the period.
Under this contract, First Software Technology Company provides the Grocsale system, which manages sales within groceries. The company's services under this contract are limited to providing software support without providing any hardware or electronic tools unless there is a special agreement.
Either party to the contract has the right to terminate it provided that the other party is notified thirty days before the last day of service. The second party may request a backup copy of its sales data if available, which applies if the customer stores their sales data in the program.
First Software Technology Company is committed to providing regular maintenance of the program during the contract period. The company is obligated to fix software malfunctions within a period not exceeding 96 hours from the actual time of notification by the client.
The customer must notify First Software Technology Company of malfunctions through appropriate means, such as via the following email: info@Grocsale.com or by calling: 0509492276, Maintenance and Malfunction Department.
The customer must ensure a suitable environment for the program to work and is responsible for any breach of the known standards and requirements. For example, providing modern computers compatible with the nature of the program and providing high-speed internet to ensure the program's efficiency.
The customer must secure the required electronic devices. If the customer has made an independent agreement with First Software Technology Company to secure some necessary devices, the company does not guarantee them or commit to their maintenance. The term "maintenance" under this contract is limited to the program covered by this contract.
Both parties are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the information they come across during the execution of this contract and must refrain from disclosing any confidential information.
